Refund policy

Last updated 1 October 2026

This policy is part of our terms of service. It applies once subscriptions open: no plan is on sale during the closed beta, so no payment is taken or refunded until then. It sets out when you get your money back. Your separate statutory right of withdrawal is in section 4 below.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

Cancelling never deletes anything. Your strategies, gameplans, folders and teams stay exactly where they are. If you end up over a free-plan limit, the items above the limit become read-only rather than being removed, and they unlock again the moment you resubscribe.

2. Refunds

Every paid plan, monthly or annual
A no-questions-asked refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. "First payment" means the first payment of a new subscription.
Renewals
Non-refundable. A renewal is not a first payment. Cancel before the renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Cancelling is one action, and you keep access until the period ends.

3. How to ask

Write to us from the contact page using the email address on the subscription. We do not ask you to justify a refund covered by section 2.

Refunds are processed by the applicable Paddle entity, identified at checkout, the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on this site, and are returned to the payment method used at checkout. Paddle may also refund a transaction on its own initiative under its buyer terms.

4. Your statutory right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day a subscription is concluded, without giving a reason (articles L.221-18 and following of the French consumer code). You can exercise it by any unambiguous statement, for example by writing to us as section 3 describes.

Starting to use a subscription during those 14 days does not end that right, because the service continues beyond them. If you asked for access to start immediately and then withdraw, the law allows us to keep an amount proportionate to the service provided until you withdrew (article L.221-25 of the French consumer code). Where the commercial policy in section 2 applies, it goes further: it refunds a first payment in full within the same 14 days, on every paid plan, without asking for a reason.

5. Chargebacks

If something looks wrong on your statement, contact us first. A chargeback raised before we have had a chance to look at it costs both sides time, and we will resolve a genuine error faster than your bank will.
