Orders and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

VALBOARD provides, operates and licenses the VALBOARD service. Orders and subscriptions are sold and invoiced by the applicable Paddle entity, identified at checkout, acting as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and the indirect taxes on the transaction; VALBOARD provides access to the service and product support. The selling entity and the terms that apply to your purchase are set out at checkout and in Paddle's buyer terms.

No plan is on sale during the closed beta; the arrangement above applies once subscriptions open. See the terms of service for how the two relationships fit together.

Content reports and point of contact

VALBOARD hosts content created by its users. Under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), our single point of contact for Member State authorities, the Commission and the Board, and for users of the service, is contact@valboard.gg. We accept correspondence in English and French.

Anyone can report illegal content, with or without an account, using the Report content control on the strategy session concerned or by writing to the same address. How a report is handled, and what we may do about it, is set out in section 9 of the terms of service.

Consumer mediation

Under article L.612-1 of the French consumer code, consumers may refer an unresolved dispute to a consumer mediator free of charge, after having first raised a written complaint with us at contact@valboard.gg.
